Houndfield is an independent reseller. Warranties are provided by each manufacturer, and we help you use them.
What's covered
Each product page lists the manufacturer's warranty in plain words, taken from their written terms. For example:

What's usually not covered (check each manufacturer's terms)
Normal wear, chewing damage, vandalism, improper installation, installation labor, and damage from not following the manufacturer's installation or maintenance instructions.
How to make a claim
- Email quotes@houndfield.com with your order number, photos, and a short description.
- We file it with the manufacturer and keep you updated until it's resolved.
- Keep your installation records. Some manufacturers ask how the equipment was anchored.
Our promise
We'll tell you who backs each product before you buy, and we'll do the chasing if something goes wrong. We don't add our own warranty on top of the manufacturer's unless it says so in writing on your quote.
