Can we pay by PO, ACH or check?

Yes. Choose "Bank transfer / ACH" or "Check / Purchase order" at checkout, or ask for a quote and we'll invoice you. Orders ship once payment clears.

Are you tax-exempt friendly?

Send your exemption certificate and we'll set up your account before you order.

Do you install?

No. We supply equipment and can refer local installers. Installation is contracted directly between you and the installer.

How long does it take?

It depends on the manufacturer and color options. Many items are made to order, so we give you the lead time in writing with your quote.

What does freight involve?

A truck delivers to your site at the curb or dock. Someone must inspect the shipment and note any damage before signing. Details: Shipping & Freight Policy

Can you match our community colors?

Many components come in multiple powder-coat colors. Ask, and we'll list the manufacturer's options.
